Because of the nature of our products we will not issue refunds UNLESS it is our fault. Example-Sending the wrong fragrance, wrong item, etc. We do not issue refunds on items because you do not like the scent you ordered or you decide you don't want the order any more. If you have a problem with your order please email us within 3 days of receipt.
We currently accept PayPal, Visa & MasterCard, Gift Certificates, Money Orders and Personal Checks (we will wait for the check to clear before shipment). Insurance is extra PLEASE ASK for it if you would like it. We will not be responsible for postal damage or lost mail.
Orders are filled in the order that they are received and paid for. We will start no order without receiving payment first. If you are on a time line please let us know. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after we receive payment (Unless you are notified otherwise).
This timeline is subject to change during holiday season, holidays, sales, and inclement weather. At Bubbles, we recognize the following Holidays: New Yearsí Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
We ship most of our items Priority Mail. Priority Mail Shipping fees are as follows:
